Blackmore Vale Butchery I was wondering how you arrange things- I have taken a few pigs to C&S at Holnest and they have butchered them and also sausaged them, but I notice you also use C&S for slaughter. I was just going to ask how it works as I have been happy with their service and wouldn't want to tread on their toes if you see what I mean, or do you work in conjunction with them on the butchery side? Hope that makes sense, just learning at this stage!
So would we take the pigs to C&S for slaughter and pick them up from the butchery, or bring them to you once they are killed?
I have used @Blackmore Vale Butchery for years and can highly recommend them for any lamb/beef/pork/sausage butchery ----efficient and well presented work
I second Tim's recommendation, have used for years for pigs and sheep. Good service, always cut as requested and presented well.
