Slowing down Merlo 3rd Service

We have a TF35.7 and would like to slow the 3rd service down as it's a bit vicious on our box rotator!
Is there any way of doing this or is it a laptop job?

can the joystick roller not be operated gradually? Other operation would be a flow restrictor in the attachment hoses so other implements aren’t affected

This or otherwise ther's a faut with the propotional valve as the roller on joystick is a propotional switch rather than on off switch.

Our merlo has buttons for the 3rd service so I assume yours are the same. Its either on or off. We had to use a flow restrictor for our bucket brush as it was to fast but it was a fairly cheap and simple modification.

Ours the same, found the jerky boom a pain at times so fitted a lever to use when needing a bit of feathering.

Fit a pair of adjustable flow restrictors on the box rotator.

Had to do the same with the Kramer at work

Thanks for the replies. The joystick roller does operate gradually, however it is very reactive even with the slightest operation of the roller.

Maybe a pair of flow restrictors on the box rotator would be the easiest solution!
