Slugs on grass seeds

Put 60 acres of grass seeds on a couple of days ago ..... I rolled them in well .....is there a slug risk with this rain ?

Put a feed bag under a stone with some bait and see what's about?

I was surprised to see some little grey buggers under a stone the other day, considering how dry it's been for the last month. Hopefully Spring Barley will outgrow them though.

I was told just to lift a few stones and see if the little black buggers are hiding underneath.

Spring sown should grow away from but always best keep your eye for the little barstewards
