Small barn / unit / workshop to rent in farm

Hi everyone,

We have been renting an old barn set on a farm in Surrey for the last 2 years, using it as a workshop for our hobbies. Sadly we need to vacate it by the end of March, as the owner is looking to convert it into flats instead.

We are now looking for an alternative space to rent in a farm (ideally in the south west, as we live in Twickenham) and the workshop would be used for storage + as a hobby workshop. My partner enjoys working on his car and is keen on building a lambretta, and I enjoy painting on canvas from time to time.
This might be a long shot but worth asking if anyone in this forum has anything similar available or knows someone who does.

Attached our current barn, which we share with someone else so the next one wouldn’t need to be as big.

What sort of sq footage are you needing?

there are 2 options :
1. 1 car plus another car sized space to work just for us. just basic mechanical work.
2. 4 car space as we have been sharing the barn with a friend who has 2 cars stored, however he also does spray paint on his cars so worth mentioning as not everyone is ok with that, he usually has a sort of marquise to avoid paint going everywhere - if your space is very big and you are ok with it we could share it with him
