Check you haven't pressed the space bar before or after you have typed it in. Some forms can be a bit funny about that in date/postcode boxes

i rung them they were really helpful, im not the only one who has had this ! it might be linked to using Chrome Browser but emailed my conformation to them. !

the date i entered could be 4th February or 2nd April depending on which side of the Atlantic you are on

I'm having trouble with it also, it keeps telling me the expected delivery date that I have given is before the date the grant funding agreement was issued to me even though I'm putting in 31/01/2020 using their calendar.

That would be as much use as a chocolate teapot not accepting future dates when you have to confirm when the items are likely to be delivered, turns out it after speaking to them it didn't like safari on iPad, so used google instead and it accepted it straight away.
