Small property to rent in West Sussex

Me and my girlfriend are looking for a small (and ideally rural) property to rent in the area surrounding Chichester (20 mile radius). We are both agricultural graduates from Reading university, and are both going into farm management and agronomy.

If you have anything available, or know of anyone that does, please let me know.
