It is troublesome to kill with glyphosate.

If you had a serious population and they were all larger and really going for it, I would opt to use kyleo. Definitely use adjuvant with any glyhosate product.

I was debating what is the position of one pass with glyphosate, then a 2nd pass 🤷‍♂️ with 2,4D shortly after??
Still not on the Nufarm Depitox 2,4D label. I looked at the HSE Pesticide database and the only 2,4D products approved outside a crop are the blends with glyphosate like Kyleo.

Agro recommends 4l/ha Kyleo, but 2l/ha Kyleo and topping up with glyphosate sounds better, definitely cheaper. She did say that they don’t mix well?

Never had an issue in the tank with it.
4L Kyleo will definitely nail them quickly, but I've found it's overkill on the 2,4-D a lot of the time. I think you only need enough to put the weed on the 'back foot' and then the glypho will finish the job eventually. Kyleo has a great wetter package too, so you can ride on its coat tails to get more grams of glypho into the plant.

Sodding stuff and a major problem in some of the bumblebird mix land here...

I have wondered sometimes whether an old fashioned hormone type herbicide could work, but as I usually have other rubbish to contend with, the 2,4D in Glyphosate is essential. Then wait 6-7 weeks before DD.
Crop to follow KYLEO applicationMinimum planting/drilling delay
Wheat, maize3 days
Barley,5 days
Oats, rye, triticale,7 days
Ryegrass7 days (or 28 days if direct-drilled)
Lucerne, clover, cover crops14 days (or 28 days if direct-drilled)
Peas, field beans, stubble turnips21 days
Linseed, sugar beet, onions (drilled or sets),
oilseed rape, potatoes, carrots, parsnips
28 days
Vegetables, sunflowers60 days

Yes, this is the only downside with using kyleo- some crops are sensitive to it and have big sowing intervals. To be fair, you need to be leaving it a week to let it get to work on troublesome weeds really or you will be doing yourself no favours.
