We're $750 per 500ml so about 390 quid. But at 5ml per ewe it is cheaper to give them a drench capsule and get the drench as a bonus.Haven’t had the invoice yet, but sure I was quoted £360 for 500ml.

Do they still need to import it on licence from NZ?Just paid mine. As above £360 for 500ml. Nearly £100 cheaper than last year.
Still not been able to find out why it’s only available through the vet. Farm supplies company I use are adamant it should be able to be sold freely.
I can guess why it is
Do you mean that you didnt see a positive difference in how your lambs did, having had it ?I decided not to use any this year as I wasn't selling lambs any earlier
Had you done some testing and established that cobalt deficiency was an issue?I decided not to use any this year as I wasn't selling lambs any earlier
Is that including selenium? We can’t get that over hereWe're $750 per 500ml so about 390 quid. But at 5ml per ewe it is cheaper to give them a drench capsule and get the drench as a bonus.

If not it’s dearer than some people over here are paying
Yes.Had you done some testing and established that cobalt deficiency was an issue?
Blood and forage test showed low levels, not disastrously low but not what they should beHad you done some testing and established that cobalt deficiency was an issue?
I'd say the wool looked better on them, but 2 dry years when I was using it meant lamb sales were behind compared to the normal years when I wasn't using any minerals at all. Hard to say if It's worth itDo you mean that you didnt see a positive difference in how your lambs did, having had it ?
