Do people think it will make a difference with blackgrass? Never did a full job, they are not claiming so this time, but blackgass is certainly worse since it disappeared.
Apparently didn't get blackgrass on the label because it didn't achieve 80% control but we always used in mixes with DFF, stomp, trifluralin etc anyway. Is this the low level active? If it is its only aimed at annual meadow grass really from what I read.
And I suppose the re formulated version is £20 per litre compared to £3 for the old ipuhttp://www.fwi.co.uk/arable/new-technology-revives-ipu-herbicide.htm
1500g/Ha old rate cut to 250g/Ha reformulated to be more active.
I've not asked for any prices, but I would think you are not far off the mark. And I suppose the re formulated version is £20 per litre compared to £3 for the old ipu
It's going to be £8/ac minimum I would think.I've not asked for any prices, but I would think you are not far off the mark.
Keep the buggy going with the Avadex will be a safer bet probablyDo people think it will make a difference with blackgrass? Never did a full job, they are not claiming so this time, but blackgass is certainly worse since it disappeared.
I wouldn't be wanting to exceed it just worried about the amount you get with your FFCT, PDM, IPU etc. On a similar note is there a product worth applying to WB post em? Bearing in mind it had FPU, FFCT PDM and DFF pre-em. I also don't want a lecture about how I shouldn't be winter cropping thanks, half the farm is being spring sown and this is a new piece of ground where I was unaware of quite how high the BG pressure was when I planned the rotation............125 g/ha of DFF is the limit but with careful label juggling you may be able to exceed this. Not recommended if the next crop will be a brassica

Will not agree Axial work well if applied correctly against Ryegrass with the correct adjuvant! The last bit of ipu we had to use up before the ban was mixed with axial and adigor at about half litre to the ha and made the axial work well. I think it was the last time I sore axial actually work with very good results.
