Somerset Floods - adding insult to injury

Unbelievably we can report that James Winslade, centre of the very worst of the Somerset flooding has been looted. Robbed of tools they'd managed to salvage and left drying on top of straw bales and a horsebox is also reported missing

James ( @westyeo ) Tweeted his frustration that this could have occurred despite assurances from the Police that property would be protected and is dreading entering the houses of his family and other buildings
