I have had a quick search on here but cant find much about it. Has anyone grown it commercially here? Can it be done? I see that its being harvested in the states atm and they call it milo.

I'm not sure if it will ever fully ripen in the UK. I have grown dwarf and intermediate sorghum as game cover. The dwarf seed will begin to turn brown by now but the intermediate sorghum seed is still quite green although the small/songbirds are enjoying it. Perhaps if you drilled it earlier you might get earlier maturity, but I believe that it is not frost tolerant and really doubt that we have enough heat in the UK to make it a commercial proposition.
