Spaldings banger conversion kit

Has anyone had one? Are they any good? Does anyone else make a kit like it or has anyone made one?

weve converted a few of the old red and blue (exid?) mechanical bangors to electric using a tanton tomahawk conversion kit. Works well and easy to setup works of a timer rather than light sensor.

We have done four, I wish we had just got new bangers to be honest.
Easy enough to do, but they don't seem too reliable. Just a little bit temperamental.
Although saying that we have no other type to compare them to.
