I’ve been asked if I know of any specialists who can offer indemnity for the freehold owner of some land. She wants to lay some service across her land which has some restrictive covenants on it.
The owner of theses restrictions has said verbally in front of plenty, many times, that the proposition will not cause a problem but doesn’t want to put it in writing.
Apparantly it’s borderline if these covenants even cover / control the proposition so the risk is perceived to be low.
Has anyone any experience or used a broker who has access to right people to indemnify this?
