Spring beans into Oat cover

If I drill spring beans directly into a black oat cover will they suffer from allopathy? The Oats were put in late and are about 6" high.
Will the Oat allopathy help control some weeds?
They will be drilled with a Sumo DTS. Thanks

I have the same situation , my agromonist says the oats will not affect the beans . If a spring cereal is following black oats , then 6 weeks should be left between spraying off and drilling . I don't know if there will be any weed control .
