Spring Cropping Options

Established in late 2014 Tri Counties Biogas is based in Andover on the Apsley Estate, close to the on site 5.5MW AD plant. In response to a requirement from the plant for a year round supply of high quality feedstock the business was set up to fulfil this need.

We are currently looking for growers based in: Hampshire, Wiltshire, South Oxfordshire and Dorset to grow a variety of crops including: maize, hybrid rye, wholecrop cereals and grass silage to be used in the AD process. Why grow energy crops:

• Guaranteed crop prices, no volatility of commodity markets.
• Reduced workload during busy harvest periods
• Help combat grassweeeds with early harvest date, offering excellent entry for break crops.
• Reduce expenditure with no harvest or haulage costs.
• 5 Year fixed price contracts offered.

Large areas of maize, wholecrop cereals and hybrid rye required for 2016 harvest. Call today on 07745 558119 or visit www.tricountiesbiogas.co.uk for more information.
