Spring tine clamp

Hi
I've lost two clamps off my spring tine (s tine) cultivator....

I can't seem to find a clamp that's the right size for the box section tube on mine which is about 40mmx63mm (1.5"x2.5"). Anyone have an old one lying around or know of where I can buy some new?

I made one when I couldn't get one that fitted.
