Sprung door bolts

I need to add a couple of sprung door bolts to the top of a couple very big doors.

Probably at least 20mm, or 25mm bolts.

Need to have drop ropes or chain so can open them from ground level.

Googling and all I find is domestic stuff. Any one know where I can get what I’m looking for?

I make my own 25mm gate latches.

Bent bar in hydraulic press (sumat like 25ton to get them to 90 degrees (you don't need to bend if attaching rope)
I buy springs from a local spring maker 2.50 or 3.50 zinc plated (galvanized nackers springiness) roll pin + washer to hold spring.

If You just get 25mm bar drill a hole through it for a bolt or to pass rope through. Spring will lift it rope pull it down.
I have 2 per gate so have a lug welded on to hold catch in open position you wouldn't need it.

I do exactly the same but just weld a chain link on the end of the Round bar for the Rope to attach to
