Just had an email off Defra saying from now on all payment communication is to be made through the above organisation. Am I reading this right that it replaces the RPA or am I mistaken ? I also note the 'enquiry' line is a premium number so they will make money out or our calls

That's what I was wondering, won't be ringing the number to find out. The other half is going to investigate it this afty

Apparently it's an organisation in Newport Wales that specialises in the distribution of funds for various organisations. Looking on the internet it says they have just put on an extra 50 staff for e 'new contract' .
Looking more like a spoof email. RPA saying they no nothing about it .
