Stamp Duty Land Tax

Has anybody seen, among the small print, mention of the duty payable for non-residential and mixed use property? It was set at 4% over £500k before this autumn statement, but with the hefty rises of the rates for higher priced residential property, is it hoping too much for this concession to remain?
