A coverage boundary? Drive round the outside with an offset toward the centre by the distance you require?

Applications>
Fields and Boundaries>
Click the word exterior about halfway up the rhs of the screen in the boundaries box>
Click the edit pencil next to the word exterior on the next screen>
Add headland/interior boundary either constant offset all the way round the field or top and bottom ends of the fields to your desired width in metres
