I have a static caravan which is quite old but good inside ( lived in it last year forafew month myself when I got a good offer for my house) . It has Wi-fi for free no council tax electric and gas would be tennants cost what is a fair rent

Have similar here. It’s a one bed but we have added a small extension for a proper shower room and toilet.

Wood burner fitted for heat in winter.

No C tax or water but tenant pays electric.

Currently on £350 per month. It’s been there for well over 15 years now. Very good investment. Never been empty more than 1 month in that time.
