Steam Cleaner Problem

I have a Stihl RE551 Plus Steam Cleaner Year 2012, not done a great lot of work, very low pressure - will not hardly build up at all - could there be something other than the pump being U/S?

No filter on the input side is there to clog up.

Check your pressure relief valve if that's jammed open will not build up pressure, go online it will show you parts and where it is...
