As Watford Frosty said. I sent the 'do not post' version in with amendments written in ink and covering letter to say had been advised by RPA / NE staff to do same.

You can send it to the Worksop address on the form or take it to various drop off centres.

I took mine to Worcester where somebody from their CS office checked it for me. They were very helpful.

Yes, they were helpful over the phone. I take it you had same problem/issue ? Good to know they accepted the 'do not post' version. I am always nervous where RPA concerned. No amount of Government ministers saying RPA will be helpful convinces me the senior staff will be! The 'foot soldier' staff at RPA are great

Not vital, so I wouldn’t worry if you didn’t, is to initial and date any amendments you make to the pre-populated paper form when you cross out a line.

If you are adding any continuation sheets to section 6 to show the corrections to those amendments, don’t forget to sign, date and add your CSI number.

In many cases, amendments that you made in 2018 won’t show on your 2019 form. So in section 6, you will need to explain that those amendments took place in 2018 and add any more that took place for 2019.

The reason that the2018 amendments don’t show on the form is because most CS staff were ordered to prepare for a No Deal Brexit situation on 29/3/19 instead of checking the forms. That is why so many of us got bridging payments.

FYI
told by RPA today that you can email in the pre-populated 'do not send' sheet. print it off, make amendments by pen, scan it into an email. send it back.

unbelievable. how much have we spent on an IT system and we're almost back to using pigeons...

I have submitted my claim online but its showing awaiting evidence. But when I read all guidance it states that no evidence is needed. It will be asked for if needed. We are growing GS4, AB9 & SW1. Am I correct in assuming no evidence is needed to be sent in?

I am so damned pleased with what we have done, I’ve asked them to come and have a look at what they have encouraged us to do.

I find Natural England very helpful and I think it would do many of the staff in their offices a lot of good to see it for themselves.

When I took my paper forms into Worcester a couple of weeks ago, I had three of them come down to look and receipt them.
Again I invited them to come and look at it and they each said that they thought it would be a fantastic idea!
