I think the 545, 555 and 576XP are also auto tune. Probably more in the range as time goes on until eventually even the hobby saws will have it.
are they ,,looking at the specs they are all X torx engines ,,My dealer said the 576xp and xpg models have been finished with ,,they allso made the 570xp but it was a heavy saw and under powered ,,I had one but soon changed it for a 390xp ,,now that is an animal

Another good vote for a 560XP, it revs up very quickly to a ridiculous rpm, flies through logs even with small 0.325 chain. Had a go in same log as a friends stihl ms260 running bigger chain, husky beat it no trouble both new chains. Auto tune doesn't appear to be an issue on this saw, I run it on aspen as it gets used once a month, economical on fuel really compared with normal saws and the fact it's 60cc

Thanks for the info lads,
What length bar are young running on the 560?, I've never used aspen before, just did a Web search for it, do you use the premixed aspen 2 or the aspen 4 and add your own 2 stroke oil? Do you have to retune the engine for aspen?, I have a husqvarna hedge trimmer that gets used once a year, sounds like it would be good for the likes of it

I have never had to retune for aspen, and i use the 2 stroke aspen in all of my saws.
The 560 can easily do an 18" but i still use 15's on my 550s since i much prefer having a nimble saw when limbing.
Besides anything too big for a 15 bar should make you start thinking whether you're better off with something else, eg a harvester..

Aspen 2, pre-mixed saves incorrect mixture being used. No auto-tune takes care of that, no messing with h/l mixture screws.

Standard 15" bar, but will easily manage 18" I don't fell big trees so as others have commented a smaller bar makes it more nimble, but it ain't light!
