Going Stir Crazy as pinged out another disc on Monday and have been hors de combat since and it looks like it will be weeks before there is enough mobility to start bothering son and staff around the farm again.

Therefore I would be grateful if peeps can point me at websites etc to wile away the long hours.
Anything farming or cool/interesting

Billions, start at series 1 and just marvel at the writing and labyrinthine plot surprises.

Nintendo console and Streetfighter 2 kept me sane many many moons ago when I broke my leg. Whiled away a huge number of otherwise boring hours. Fortunately I was able to just cut off playing again once mobile and never went back to the console. That's not a given for everyone of course.

Got Amazon prime?
I quite like some of the Amazon originals
Grand tour obviously.

I quite liked Good Omens even if it wasn't very good.

Been watching BoJack Horseman on Netflix, it's unexpectedly deep.
Do you have Netflix?

Neither Prime or Netflix as already paying bbc licence and Sky (incl sports package) HD

Thinking more of websites of interest that I can peruse at leisure

what happened to the disc ? bulge or burst?

At a guess, bulge as there seems to be nerve damage ie cold/numb feet. Happened when I was cleaning cubicle beds with our Bobman and went to push the brush out.
Done a disc before in my 30s so used to living with pain but this seems exceptional

Son bought his girlfriend a 6000 piece jigsaw, keeps everybody here quiet of an evening! You need a very big table and no hoovering around about.Quite therapeutic and sociable too, family and friends cant help but join in. Getting the tunes going is amusing too.Take turns to pick a song.....apparently my choices are gash, but the youngsters know all the words........

Farmflix seems to be generating a big following and from the bits I’ve seen on YouTube seems to be well made. I think they have a big back catalogue so should be plenty to watch

Sorry to hear about your back, since you mentioned hurting your back in your 30's maybe this means
that the 3rd "ping" will be closer, after you've recovered from this. Maybe, it could be, at your age(sorry),
time to develop an interest outside the farm, especially if any restrictions on future movements mean that
you won't be as nimble as you were. Also, i doubt if the best plan you have/look forward to, is to be
the "old fart" hobbling around the yard "keeping an eye" on things, and getting up everyone's nose!!:banghead:
Sorry if this sounds negative, but as someone who suffers with disc problems, you have to
accept that you have to change, otherwise you will be bitter about how things have turned
out.
