A new take on the "what stock trailer" thread...
Thinking that I might trade on the tidy but getting oldish 10ft IW stock trailer for a new one, to take me through to the end of my farming career. Old 'un is still good nick, but getting rattly!!
However, what sets this question apart, is my wish to go for a split barn door/tailgate rear option to allow me to load a couple of pallets, and make the trailer much more versatile than simply a stock trailer. I know IW do one, so do the other makes such as GE also do them? My mileage these days does not warrant a Gamic (sadly) or the other top end trailers...
Do these dual purpose rear ends work in the longer term, as they get a bit worn and tired.? Any issues to be aware of in real life?
