We occasionally get the slides jamming with pellets.
Can you open them manually ? They need to be quite free.

Un plug actuators and try putting some power to them, I bet they open. It will either be your box or a wiring issue.

Depending on the model, Stocks use a generic electric central locking actuators for the slides. I bought a 2 pack for about £8 from an auto factor for mine, plug and play.

I had to strip mine down and clean the slides up with a wire brush as they kept jamming open.
