Some further up would be +100yr old, most are 1960s type council houses. Built flood defence walls a few yr ago, which caused issues immediately beyond the end of the defences with river gouging thousands of tonnes soil out of a field exposing the gas main. There is a lot of gravel in the river.When were they built?
