Strikes

Just so, so encouraging, to see workers and unions, get their mojo back again. High time there was a proletariat led revolution, to wrest control away from the unbridled greed of modern day, bankers, chief executives, board chairmen, hedge fund mobsters, corrupt politicians, etc, etc, etc,.
I for one am more than prepared to put up with the inevitable inconveniences which will arise, from the strikes. May the force be with them, and may they bring many a corrupt corporate board and politician down in the process.
I can’t help but notice the sheer contempt of farmers on here for workers and unions in general. The very same farmers who think nothing if urging the general public, workers and others, to support British farmers, by buying British produced food in Sainsbury‘s etc, and indeed sticking their hands in their pockets, to buy direct from farmers markets and farm shops.
What a shallow lot, people are, when it comes right down to it.

Postal workers will go on strike. How will I possibly cope without my weekly supply of bank statements (online), electric bills (also online) and bundled junkmail for stairlifts? Only thing I will miss is Private Eye.

Airline refuelling staff to go on strike for the first weekend of the school holls. Way to gain public sympathy.
