Do I take it I wasnt the only one that thought ploughing seemed cheap, yet fert spreading on the expensive side?

Seemed even more strange that liquid fert was only £4.50/ac despite greater kit cost than granular, more specialist, slower filling, more awkward round trees, slower forward speed etc.

It would certainly make liquid seem a no brainier to me, even if the two were the same cost per acre.

I normally work on 3 quid for spreading... and 22 for ploughing..

Yup. £24 ploughing and £4 fert but that includes loading too.
