Subscriptions App

Has anyone used or know of an app/web app or similar to create annual reminders for subscriptions so I can send out bills? I am using a spreadsheet system at the moment and just want to make it easier as we get more subscriptions to manage.
All the apps I have found so far seem to be from a consumer point of view, for keeping track of Netflix/Spotify etc.
