Got about 50 cows n calves out that are all getting fed silage in trailers. Got 80 cows n calves in the shed that not putting out as trying to save fields best we can and got another 50 cows still calving in the shed atm as well.
Just horrible weather, no grass growth of much significance really

Stock peeling the grass off around here with wet cold weather slowing grass growth. They will have to stand under the hedge because theres no fodder or straw to come back into. Lambs looking very shelly and turnout cattle trade just starting to ease because of it to.

We still have plenty cattle in. Cows are calving outside and decided to sacrifice a few acres of poaching to let the rest come away. Thankfully plenty silage left

I'll have 320 fresh calved cow's out and 40 Autumn calvers also. Put 50 billing heifers out yesterday and rest out today. By end of day all that should be inside will be 60 calving cow's and bulls and a few store cattle to sell. Slightly ahead of last year I think
