Dear reader,

We are a group of researchers from the University of Liverpool and currently researching possible transmission routes for digital dermatitis.

Last year we ran a survey to collect information about common hygiene practices carried out during foot trimming. Please find the results of last year’s survey here: https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/media/livacuk/infectionandglobalhealth/liverpoollivestocklamenessgroup/2019,Questionnaire,results[19576].pdf

We have since then created a protocol for improved hygiene during foot trimming: https://ahdb.org.uk/reducing-spread-of-DD

We would now like to know if you are aware of the recent changes in a further short survey. For those who complete the survey, we are offering the chance to be placed into a prize draw for some Amazon vouchers. For more information and a link to the survey, please visit: https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/infecti...research/bovine-digital-dermatitis/follow_up/

Many thanks
