Ear fertility. We've typically seen sub optimum zinc in all cereals during fast growth on our colder, high pH clays. What does the zinc and copper do at this stage?
Only doing it on basis of tissue results show low and to correct costs bugger all, havent left any untreated as the yield increase to cover cost of it is unmeasurable as so lowIts interesting that you are using boron on cereals. We are extremely deficient in it, in rape and beans we see can see to the inch where we miss spraying it. However I have been told cereals are unresponsive to it so I have never tried it perhaps we should? On cereals Zinc and copper get mentioned a lot but never Boron.
Crops are moving very fast here and still spotless so might spend a bit more on a single fancy spray at flag leaf and nothing at T1. To be honest in some fields I have probably missed it but If I change my mind it will get 0.5 azoxy and 0.5 tebuconazole.
do you find you get a response from upliftGot some very forward Kerrin that has had PGR Verydor and Uplift been 3 weeks since T0 and although the forecast is dry the same system worked last year as we were protected when the weather broke.
First time I've used it, on agronomist advice, have been using Yara Vita potash up till now but it's gone up a lotdo you find you get a response from uplift
What do you put on?.5 of each?Ear fertility. We've typically seen sub optimum zinc in all cereals during fast growth on our colder, high pH clays.
Copper is just for anecdotal ergot reduction.
Depends on what copper I can get. I've used some sludgy coptrel and some lively chelated stuff before. But will come down to price, and product dictates dose. What do you put on?.5 of each?
