T7.235 A/C 2015 lost spool valve com's on front and Rear remotes?

Hi
I have a Auto Command T7.235 in and none of the front or rear electric remotes are working? The owner can navigate the H menus and thinks he may have H8'ed the spools configuration.
The manual arrow push buttons on the 'side dash tractor display panel' operate the front midmount valves and the rear toplink and push out hitch work ok.
But the Joystick and the 4 rehr switches appear disabled..
When I connect with ESD spools section it tells me there are offline? even they are showing online in the primary screen etc..
I have no coms when I try to assign/configure the front or rear valves?
I have calibrated the pump/return/float positions on the rear spools and this completed ok..

I have the use of a genuine dealers ESD

Sounds simple i know but check the rear right pillar switch for the spools hasnt been accidentally been switched off (middle position on the switch)

Hi Thanks for reply, I know the disable switch you are speaking of, If that is faulty or switched off it would lock out all spool function? So I guess the manual spool buttons on side display should also not work.. These were working but the configuration appears to be wiped and for some reason I cannot set them up using ESD.. I will try the H menu and disconnect them that way.. Just wondering if I was missing something?

The H Menus worked reconnected at prompts etc..
