Tail piece measurement

Could anyone confirm where the distance of 320mm for the tailpiece from the mouldboard is taken from
1/ the original mouldboard or
2/ the extension piece I’ve welded on ?

I'm no ploughman but You guys are getting more like f1 drivers every day. Without conformation or involving a lawyer that diagram is obviously from the back of the mould board no matter how big it is.

Maybe speak to a director of the SOP and ask what the longest can be!

From the end of the mouldboard- the permanent/fixed mouldboard, not any temporary, add on extensions

Thank you, I'm more or less retired now. I only do ones that are short drive for the tractor away from home. That is only 1 or 2 a year now. It just wasn't worth having a gas guzzling car with fuel so expensive. And I'm getting older, it was starting to take me most of the week to get over two days on the trot of ploughing. I suppose it is something called AGE!
