Haven't had a quote for a while but normally expect it to be similar to concrete per m2 which that appears to be. 14mm surface course sounds quite large, we have used 6mm and 10 mm here and i like the way the small stuff heals over when its warm.....

so what are you saying? this is for a new industrial site, lots of artic movements so needs to stand the test of time. I am just researching spec and costs hence the post!
