TB isolating unit with grazing

How does double fencing onto roads work by gates . a strand of wire between to posts set in field?
With a grazing unit type unit does the buildings need badger proofing still , seems a bit pointless as long as cake troughs are up high to?
How did peoples inspection go with APH vet at the beginning. is it silly strict or is it workable?
Did they do they do the annual inspections?

Do they not have to pre movement test to leave the farm of origin to go to the AFU? Would that pre movement test not count as 1 of 2 of the tests?

Yes I think it does and then 2 tests in the unit

They don't do grazing AFU's anymore I don't think? Especially if you've been in an area with the cull. Give APHA a call.

Probaly why nobody bothers with tb units ,,you then add extra paperwork and cost /time of disinfecting between batches and I’m not sure wethee they have to be left empty between batches for a length of time or not

TB units without grazing seem to have pratical regulations provided not keeping other cattle on farm (eg center of arable farm).
