Hi.

We farm in Wales and wondered if we test to move to another holding which is on restriction for not conducting there annual test due to covid 19 isolation does that mean the animals can only not move off that holding or does it also restrict the on movements too? Thanks

I don’t think a farm under restrictions for not completing their Tb test by due date can make on or off movements
As far as I’m aware the only easing of the rules for cv19 is that you won’t be prosecuted/suffer bps penalties for not doing it.

Probably best to check your situation with ahpa
