Has any one got any pictures of tcn pitch adjusters or has any one made their own? If so, would anyone care to share? Thanks.
Have some profiles I got cut that wrap around and weld to the the back edge of the frog on the vertical landside part of the frog, in the same plane as the frog. 20mm threaded gate crook bolted on to this running up the back of the leg. Weld a bracket on the back of the leg. Double nuts. Jobsagudun!

That idea works, but the adjuster for the front body then takes up valuable space at the back of the front leg on a 59, where if skimmers are too far forward, can cause blockages in trashy conditions
This is another idea
Valid point Euan but my profiles are no further out than those bits you have welded on the back of the frog in the same place.
Lot of variables come into play - how much rubbish you have to bury, how much you skim, how abrupt you have the skimmers set and most important of all how fast you go.
Another good reason to get an 86 or a 64 frame!
That’s how lemken used to do it and how I have it done on my tcn’s! ( I cut them off a scrap lemken plough)View attachment 726758 View attachment 726756 View attachment 726754
