The Arable Division is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of crop production products to arable and grassland farmers. We offer a full range of services, including supplying quality seed, fertiliser and agro-chemicals, as well as providing professional grain marketing solutions. Due to seasonal demand, we are looking to recruit seven temporary seeds operatives for 10 week placements at our Astley site in Shrewsbury.
The Role: Working as part of an existing team, you will conduct a range of inward and outward goods transactions, warehouse duties including stock control and maintaining relevant paperwork records within our Seeds department.
The Candidate: To be considered you will preferably have some warehouse experience, thriving in a fast-paced working environment. Previous forklift experience together with licence would be desirable as would being able to cope with a physically demanding role involving substantial amount of manual handling. Additionally, you will be flexible in your attitude to working hours due to the seasonal nature of the role.
