Morning we are new entrants.what does everyone use to list items with the estate for signing off eg map and highlighted new fence water troughs etc is there a template out there for the job just to cover is off we move on or get chance to buy thank you

Thank you for reply yes we have a record of condition as a base line signed by all just wondering if there is a specific template I can follow to go forward ie lime on x field 2021 because ph off 5.3 or water troughs added or fence shown on map in field 2 etc so it can be either signed off or rejected as unnecessary by the estate sorry should of said we are in Scotland
