I've 500 Welsh draft ewes and the 6 Charollais tups pictured previously. They'll be tupped for 21 days from 5 Nov. They'll be lambed outside from 1 Apr being checked once or twice a day.

You're betting that your lad will proportionally cover more ewes and leave more lambs, which will sell for more, than the tups I have?

If I include your lad, that's 7:500 or 1:72.

I'm not ill mannered enough to insult someone's stock. I wouldn't do it in person, so I wouldn't do it online...

But I don't think hes a tup for my system. Quite happy to try him and pay you post lambing if you think I'm wrong?
