Hope you miss the worst of the rain forecast for you part of the world. Frightening rain totals being mentioned. Stay safe.

Whure of a rain last night. Most roads are flooded today and the valley looks pretty bad from up here.

I'm just headed out the door for curling, if I can get to town! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Thankfully the car is a 4x4 so the extra height should mean I'm fine.

Yellow warning for even more rain tonight, from 3am until 3pm

Shed was cleared out today and bedded up, so the sheep pens are back outside. The first mob of cows, with the oldest calves, are coming in tomorrow - or maybe Saturday, depending on this rain and if they're dry of their backs...

We are the steep ground so the water just runs off us 👍

We had 61.2mm of rain on the 27th (Wednesday), but figures are saying just 21.8mm yesterday

We've had 229.6mm rain for October so far... and the Met Office have just issued 2 yellow rain warnings for midnight tonight until mid day tomorrow, and then 3am Sunday until 6am Monday 🙁
