AAARGH....why on earth can't something be done to remove any ads that are old? I've just been doing a serious search and found ads posted in 2019,2020, and 2021. Seriously annoying amd time wasting.

The same reason machine's are advertised as sold in magazines and on line, why would anyone do that, why pay good money to tell someone the machine is sold.

It's just marketing to make it look like things are selling

As far as I can remember. Its down to the seller to change the listing to sold and/or remove it. We can take listings off but without contacting each seller and asking we don't know if something is sold or not. I thought there was something along the lines of a time limit, say 3 or 6 months, being put on listings that would then automatically disappear but not sure what happened about that.

The system should automatically remove listings, it doesn’t always, it’s overdue a bit of a clear out, I do try and do it periodically, bear with me, l’ll try and do it later next week.

I’ve sold quite a few things via TFF Classified but I think it’s a part of TFF that could be improved .

I've put a few up. Never had an enquiry. Won't waste my money on it again when there's so many other better and free formats.

I have no interest in looking at adverts for land that is “under offer” or sold
