Yet another dry and sunny day for most of the UK and northern Ireland. Long spells of warm sunshine, the easterly breeze is likely to be more noticeable than of late across much of England and Wales. low cloud may affect eastern coasts, in the morning but this clearing, high of 26C.

The Very warm weather continues across many areas and with further prolonged sunshine, later across the south west we will see an increased risk of some heavy and perhaps thundery showers developing these spreading to Wales and northern Ireland overnight some perhaps bringing localised severe weather. Highs up to 26C.
Monday 2-7-18
While most will see a mainly dry day with sunny spells in all areas remaining very warm but increasingly feeling humid, with also the risk in SW England and Wales of a few heavy showers Highs up to 25C.
