There will be price resistance to beef if it goes up in price though there is with everything whenever it goes up in price. But people will get used to it they always do. They either get used to it or do without for a bit. Then they miss it and come back to it.
Everything has gone up in price last few years so it's not like they won't expect it.
Exactly, chicken no longer cheap option. It’s proven no one wants to eat vegan shite, so will adjust something wise to make sure they can afford beef. It’s the only treat a lot off people have.

Utter rubbish, beef/lamb is flying off the shelve currently!

Maccys drive thru down the road is packed out with cars all day long at the moment!

Reality is there is now no food production sub and the Gov have told farmers they will be paid to stop/ drastically reduce food production so farm gate prices will only be going one way and that is upwards!

Survey out today that 24% of egg producers are saying due to very low returns/ very high costs and never ending red tape that they will be quitting producing eggs by the end of 2025 as a case in point !

I find the egg thing hard to understand. I know three NI egg producers well, and they are very happy with the returns for eggs Vs dairy, selling into UK supermarkets.
