Morrisons beef has been utter shite for a long time. Won't be long before the whole thing is wound up I wouldn't have thought, petrol stations have gone now haven't they?! Abattoirs soon be ear marked.

Morrisons have just got planning permission for a big new supermarket on Thwaites’ brewery site in Blackburn. Surprised me when I read about it.

What are the best gross prices people have had deadweight. Sent everything live so far this time but feel bigger cattle could maybe be a little higher.

Had £2035 for a O+4L 411kg Angus out of a Holstein. Might not keep up with the proper beef boys but being a dairy farmer who plays at beef we’re happy.

Morrisons in Risca getting rid of their butcher dept, only stopped to talk because I have my own. Butcher said they’ve noticed in Risca no one spending like they did last year.

That means nothing a dairy bred angus/ Hereford heifer o- 4L/4H will be better eating than a suckler bred e2/u2

Thats obvious ,fat class 2 has no fat. Our stabilisers are all 4Ls.

Don't forget they pay 10 p extra for a aa. So clean would be 4.95 base

Prices I was told work out at 12p more. Although they’ve paid a penny more than I thought, so who knows. A load of angus comes to a nice amount of money thats all I know.
