Cows are Pickstocks forte really, I don't think they've been doing clean for very long and have only got a handful of contracts with a few restaurants chains that are a bit hit and miss with demand I'm lead to believe, it's good that they have moved into clean though as hopefully it will increase competition in the market place a bit more longer term.

Where would be the best place in the north to send Friesian and Lim x Steers. Friesian are o+ grades and Lim x are R grades Fats are generally 4L with the odd 4H.
Probably Dunbua Sawley. Their headline price never that great but the grading is good, you’ll never get Fr. into O+ with those camera graders but you will there
