Be on here shortly telling it's all Gold and Honey......
Financially compared to the UK it is. If they axed area payments and headage payments here there would be carnage.

However I genuinely think that alongside the financial benefits we face more targeted pollution taxation, more interference and more bureaucracy than you do in the UK and its getting worse.

what is the protest about? The weather most likely 🤦.
i keep saying, if thé do away with our tractor fuel rebate, there won’t be a road left open in France 🤔

The fuel rebate is being phased out. The tax on red (currently 3.86 cents a litre) is going to go up 2.85 cents a year. This is currently just for the next 7 years but there is a suggestion that they want to get rid of red completely.

When aren't they kicking off...🤣🤣🤣🤣
May be you could all learn something from my side of the channel. This latest round of protest has seen two controversial ( to farming) bills stopped in their track. The irrigation tax and abolition of rebated fuel have both been stopped or changed. There is less talking and more doing goes on here.

Probably because there is much more connection to the land still in France.
